WHAT DO WE OFFER?
We help you design and create a product tailored to your needs. We are a brand of handcrafted leather products. Our forte lies in Stationery & Lifestyle goods and specifically, Journals and Journal covers!
WHAT CAN YOU CUSTOMISE?
You can choose from our wide range of leathers available in different colours and textures, sizes, thread colours, along with various additions like pocket styles, charms, buttons, etc.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To begin with, pre-book a slot for your custom order. Slot bookings open 1 week prior to Custom Order Week.
Once done, reach out to us during Custom Order Week which is usually 1st - 7th of every month to discuss your requirement.
We recommend browsing through our leather options and references for customisations (links shared below) beforehand for ease of ordering!
After finalising the design, we'll share a link to process the balance payment and that's it!
Depending on the complexity of the design, it could take anywhere between 3-4 weeks to create the item + delivery time based on your location.
PRE-BOOK
A SLOT FOR CUSTOMS
The first week of every month (1st - 7th) is dedicated to Custom Order Week where we can discuss and collaborate to bring your custom order to life.
To place an order for a customised product, pre-book your spot to guarantee a slot!
Slot bookings open 1 week before Custom Order Week - usually around 24-25th of the previous month.
DETAILS:
1. Custom orders cannot be accepted without a slot booking as we can work on limited customisations only during each month.
2. The booking amount for the slot will be adjusted in the final costs.
3. Please reach out to us if you're unsure about the feasibility of a specific product or design and leather colour availability before booking a slot.
4. Slot bookings are non-refundable. However, they can be carried forward to the following month(s) - upto 2 months, if unused. Subject to slot availability.
5. You can order up to 2 custom items in the chosen month with your slot booking.
6. Slot booking fees and costs for custom products cannot be clubbed with any offers, discounts or loyalty rewards.
